Will the AI avatar look and sound like me?
Your avatar and voice are personalised using reference material you authorise. Results depend on source quality, the technology used and the selected workflow. You review test clips and approve them before anything goes into production.
Do I need to record every video?
No. The point of the setup is to remove repeated recording. You provide source material once, then approve scripts, review finished videos and occasionally refresh your reference footage.
Is the AI clone setup included in the monthly package?
Usually not. Setup is a one-time engagement, and recurring production is billed monthly. The exact structure depends on the plan you choose, and we confirm it in writing before work starts.
Does the service include posting on my social media accounts?
Not by default. We deliver final video files to you. Publishing, scheduling and account management are available through our Social Media Support add-on.
Will the WhatsApp chat agent give medical advice?
No. It answers routine questions (timings, location, services and fees) using answers you approve, collects enquiry details, and hands anything clinical to your team. It also tells patients it is an automated assistant.
Which languages can my videos be in?
In India we produce content in Hindi, English and regional languages. In Dubai and the UAE we produce content in English and Arabic. Support for each language depends on your voice profile, the production workflow and our quality checks, and we confirm it during setup.
Can I use AI-generated content for medical education?
Yes, where appropriate and subject to platform rules, healthcare advertising requirements, professional standards and your review as the responsible doctor. AI output is never assumed to be medically accurate: you approve every script and video.
Do you guarantee patient leads or appointments?
No. Our Patient Acquisition System and campaign management are built to generate and follow up genuine enquiries, and we report on results every month. But outcomes depend on your specialty, location, budget, pricing and response times, so no honest agency can guarantee patient numbers.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how quickly source material is provided, technical feasibility, approvals and the agreed scope. We'll confirm a realistic timeline during your consultation.
Can clinics and hospitals use this service?
Yes, subject to the selected service, appropriate authorisation from each featured professional, and an agreed workflow.
Who owns my avatar and can I stop using it?
Your avatar and voice are used only for content you approve. You can withdraw consent for continued use, subject to the terms of your agreement. Ownership and data handling are set out in your contract.
Do you need any patient information?
No. We don't need patient records or identifiable health information to produce educational content, and we ask you not to share it.
